you will drive accuracy and efficiency across the mortgage pipeline by managing loan file setup, disclosures, and pre-underwriting readiness. Your work ensures every file is complete, compliant, and ready for underwriting—supporting faster approvals and seamless collaboration across lending teams.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in mortgage or loan processing support
  • Proficiency in Encompass, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational accuracy

  • Reliable internet connection and capability to work remotely
